HealthyWage.com
Based on academic research, HealthyWage is an online program that lets you set a personal weight loss goal and a time frame to achieve it. The program does not tell you how to lose weight but if you reach your goal, you actually win money!  The program requires an initial investment as an incentive, but you can choose the amount.  If you reach your goal, you save your investment and win an additional cash prize as well!

The amount of your prize depends on your personal data and bigger cash prizes are given to people who statistically have a harder time losing weight.
